Pokemon Go causing concern for Neenah Police

For Liam McGinnis and friends, Kimberly Point Park in Neenah is the place to be for Pokémon Go.

“There's about six or seven “Poke Stops” around here and people just hand around and catch as many as they can” Says McGinnis.

He's not alone, Neenah Police are also taking note of the increased traffic, tightening down on city ordinances.

After hours that has police concerned in a Facebook post saying

"many people not following city ordinance, basic courtesy, and most importantly safety considerations. "

Citing problems including leaving trash, harassing drivers and large groups at all hours and its for that reason Neenah Police are taking a stand saying:

"Effective immediately, if you are found in the city parks between the hours of 10:00pm and 4:00am you will face getting a summons for the respective violation."

That's a fine for up to $187.

While Kimberly Park may be a great place for Pokémon Go, players will have to ‘Catch ‘em all’ during regular park hours.
