Playing to Inspire:"Bring Your Own 5"

Dozens of basketball teams took to the courts to practice good sportsmanship. The Green Bay Police Department, City Parks and Rec Department and the Devine Temple Church to hold the first annual "Bring your Own 5" tournament, "A couple of years ago, we had a number of problems at Fisk Park where we took the basketball hoops down. This Program the Bring Your Own Five program comes out of that. Us taking the basketball hoops down we're trying to find a positive way of putting the hoops back up and providing a safe environment for the kids to play ball," said Capt Paul Ebel with Green Bay Police. The tournament was held at the East Side Boys and Girls Club in Green Bay.
