While Gov. Walker gave his state budget address, protestors stood inside the capitol building, shouting their support for Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin says the event was to raise awareness and support.
They say after Gov. Walker defunded the organization in his first budget, hey've had to close five rural clinics in the state.
"On the day when Gov. Walker sets out his vision for the state, we wanted to remind him that we're still here, and that we want a plan for what women can do to access healthcare in the state," said Nicole Safar, with Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin
Two of those clinics were in Shawano and Fond du Lac.
