A plane made an unscheduled landing at Green Bay's Austin Strauble International Airport this afternoon. Flagship Flight 4131 was flying from New York to Minneapolis when a passenger had a medical emergency. The plane landed around 5:40 p.m. We'll bring you more information as it becomes available.
