Green Bay – The Green Bay Phoenix men’s basketball team now knows where the team will play next. The team and fans anticipated the big announcement as the brackets were announced during Selection Sunday.
The UW-Green Bay Phoenix men’s basketball is the 14th seed in the West Region. They’ll play 3rd-seeded Texas A&M this Friday in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
“Everyone is talking about how the Phoenix just made the tournament for the first time in a long time” Says Junior Connor Massie.
Now with the team knowing where it’s going, the next step is filling out brackets for many fans.
“Seeing Green Bay on a line brackets… I'm going to have them winning the first and second round” Says Junior Brent Kuehl.
