Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg took to Facebook to announce changes to the news feed and how it works.
One change some may notice is businesses and news pages may not populate in your news feed. To personalize your settings to continue seeing your favorite businesses and local news is by performing the following on your Facebook account.
ON YOUR DESKTOP
- On Facebook.com, select the down bar in right corner of the page.
- Click "News Feed Preferences"
- Click "Prioritize who to see first."
- Then click people, businesses and news pages you would like to see first in your news feed.
- Then click done.
ON YOUR IPHONE
- Click the three-line bar menu in the bottom right corner in the app.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click "Settings"
- Click "News Feed Preferences."
- Click "Prioritize who to see first"
- Select people, businesses and news pages you would like to see first.
- Then click "Done" in the top right in the app.
ON YOUR ANDROID
- Click the three bar menu on the top right corner in the app.
- Scroll down to "News Feed Preferences"
- Then click "Prioritize who to see first."
- Select people, businesses and news pages you would like to see first.
- Then you can click out and it will save your selections.
