Peregrine Falcon hatchlings are getting their leg-bands today, helping researchers monitor movements and habitats.
Falcon Researcher Greg Septon applied the bands at the Georgia-Pacific mill on Broadway in Green Bay.
Experts say it's programs like these that have enabled the comeback of the species. They were originally placed on the Endangered Species List back in 1975, being removed in 1999.
