Authorities have now identified the people involved in a fatal crash on Tuesday.
The victim from the fatal traffic crash has been identified as Cory Folts from Oconto Falls WI, age 22.
The driver of the other vehicle has been identified as 26-year-old Kelly Crispin from Minnesota and the passenger Eric Solomon age 31 from Wyoming. They have both been treated and released from the hospital.
The Sheriff’s Office says both Crispin and Solomon are in the custody of the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office pending charges from the Oconto County District Attorney’s Office. The Sheriff's Office says Solomon is also being held on out of state warrants.
The accident is still under investigation by the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and Wisconsin State Patrol.
