This Thanksgiving students at St. Clare school in Wrightstown are sharing what they're thankful for by taking action to make sure their neighbors in need eat well during the holidays.
Kindergarten through eighth graders collected 482 canned or boxes food during a week long drive. The food was given to Alleluia Lutheran Church Pantry but before it was donated the students had a friendly competition. The classes split into teams to build thanksgiving theme food sculptures. “It was fun to see the competition and if we could beat all the other teams,” said Riley Leick.
