Appleton Police have temporarily closed the 1400 block of W. Wisconsin Avenue as the Appleton Fire Department investigate a gas leak caused by a vehicle crashing into a building Tuesday morning.

The vehicle crashed into the Xplosive Audio Building. There are some people being evacuated in the area within the block. Police say a gas main was severed when the vehicle struck the building.
