The Packers have announced that hall of fame fullback and Super Bowl champion Jim Taylor has died at 83 years old.
Taylor accumulated several accolades and records throughout his playing career.
He finished his career as the NFL’s second leading all-time rusher, won the NFL MVP award in 1962, and was named to the NFL's all-decade team of the 1960's.
Taylor was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1976, the first of Lombardi’s Packers to be so honored.
