The Green Bay Packers hosted a presentation Tuesday for local business leaders about the importance of business culture in successful firms.
Phil Hauck presented his ideas for successfully creating and implementing strong company culture programs, something Hauck says, is often overlooked or ignored by most leaders.
"When you start to know (business culture) everyone can start to focus in on them, know what they have to do, you can hire to them, you can review them, you can compliment them, they work", Hauck said.
He said most companies create vague company values that can undermine success and effective evaluation of employees. He also cited the Green Bay Packers as a model organization with strong company culture.
