Green Bay Packers fans barely got a chance to catch their breath after kicker Mason Crosby sent the football flying through the uprights.
Fans abundantly gave fist bumps, high fives and hugs during the first half, but the nerves hit during the fourth quarter. Dallas catches up with only seconds remaining and a score of 31-31.
Cheering quickly changed into terrified screams for some fans. Everyone held their breaths and glued their eyes to the television and then it happened, Crosby kicked a game winning field goal, the party was back on.
"The whole bar went nuts where we were at, and then of course they called the time out, so then we had to do it all over again and I thought when he first kicked it, I thought he missed it because it just snuck into the left upright"
Another fan says "I just jumped off and my wife heard me yelling. I was downstairs and made about eight phone calls right away and just wanted to share the news. I was so excited!"
Fans predict a close game against the Atlanta Falcons next week but they aren't losing their faith in the Packers.
The team was greeted early Monday morning by fans after the flight back from Dallas.
