A state lawmaker wants to close a loophole in the state's OWI laws. Assembly Republican Andre Jacque is preparing a bill that would let drunk driving arrests for cars, boats and snowmobiles be counted together when determining a person's total number of offenses for sentencing. Currently, a person can be cited for driving all three types of vehicles while drunk and because they're considered seperately, they are not legally repeat offenses.
