Fire caused severe damage to a home in Howard overnight. Firefighters were called out around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning to a single family home on Lance Street.
The Howard Fire Department reports that nobody was hurt, but an adult and child were displaced by the fire. The Red Cross was on the scene helping the victims.
A neighboring home suffered some damage as well. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brown County Fire Investigation Task Force.
