During the month of March 2017, the Oshkosh Police Department Vice and Narcotics Unit conducted two prostitution investigations in the City of Oshkosh where 13 men were arrested for solicitation of prostitution.
The males ranged in age from 22 years to 73 years and were from different cities including Appleton, Fond du Lac, Hilbert, Manitowoc, Oshkosh, Neenah, Tomahawk, Viroqua, Watertown, Wautoma and Lawrence, MS. All of the males were taken to jail.
