In Oshkosh Saturday the city's downtown transformed into a page right out of a Dr, Seuss book.
In the spirit of Christmas the downtown turned into Whoville, with Grinch themed window paintings, a green eggs and ham breakfast, horse and carriage rides and even a visit from the Grinch himself.
"The whole thing is to give back to the community and start the holiday celebrations, but there's a charitable component to this too so we have 3 charities at the BMO Harris bank," explained Sandy Prunty of Oshkosh.
The entire days worth of events is sponsored by businesses and organizations in the Oshkosh Downtown Business Improvement District.
