The Oshkosh Police Department is attempting to locate a Hispanic man wanted on warrants.
Ernesto R. Hix, 18, of Oshkosh, is 5 foot, 7 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Hix has arrest warrants for possession of a short-barreled shotgun and contempt of court.
