Oshkosh police report 20-year-old Daniel Tomter of Madison died as the result of a fall on October 9. A news release shows Tomter fell as he crossed through the intersection of Wisconsin Street and Pearl Avenue.
Tomter was flown to a Madison hospital and died a day after the incident. Autopsy results show his injuries were consistent with a fall.
