Oshkosh Police search for hit-and-run suspect

The Oshkosh Police Department is attempting to locate Joshua P. A. Saffold for questioning in regards to a hit-and-run of an Oshkosh Police Department squad car that took place on Friday, December 2 in the McDonalds' parking lot on Jackson Street in Oshkosh.

Saffold has a warrant out through the Appleton Police Department for the theft of the vehicle used in the hit-and-run.

Authorities describe Saffold as a black male, 6'3" and weighing approximately 203 pounds. He has brown hair, dreadlocks and green eyes.
