Oshkosh police investigated a report of a child harming puppies.
Police responded to the report around 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Officers said the puppies were checked on and they are not in any danger.
The child and the parents were talked to regarding the investigation and there is no threat to the safety of the animals.
