The Oshkosh Police Department is investigating a suspicious incident which happened at a home in the 500 block of Scott Avenue.
Officers say one of the people who live in the home was walking her dog around 10:30 PM Tuesday when she saw a man standing on a ladder trying to look into the window of a bathroom. The suspect didn't say anything and left when he saw the woman walking.
The witness described the suspect as a white man with a round face and a goatee. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
