Oshkosh police arrest man for threatening Winnebago Mental Health Institution

UPDATE: The Winnebago County's District Attorney's Office is formally charging a man for making terrorist threats.

Police say Brian D. Jacoby threatened to go to the Winnebago Mental Health Institution and shoot several people.

At 1:15 p.m. on Monday, April 30, Oshkosh Police took the 44-year-old Oshkosh man into custody for Making Terrorist Threats.

Jacoby, a former employee of the Winnebago Mental Health Institution, had made threats involving the WMHI facility and its employees.
