Oshkosh man arrested for discharge of firearm

A 22-year-old Oshkosh man is under arrest after discharging a handgun, and striking a neighbor’s house.
 
It happened around 8:00 p.m. on Monday in the 500 block of W. Lincoln Ave.
 
Oshkosh Police set up a perimeter to the suspect’s home. He exited the back door where police then made contact with him, and took him into custody.
 
He was intoxicated and taken to the hospital for a blood draw, and then taken to jail. He is being held on charges of recklessly endangering safety, and drug offenses.
 
The house was cleared, and a search warrant was obtained. During the search, marijuana was located along with drug paraphernalia and an electronic weapon.
 
A 28-year-old man was also arrested for possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an electronic weapon, and a probation hold.
 
No one was injured.
