Governor Scott Walker signed the Organ donor work leave bill into law today. The bill requires employers to provide un-paid leave if their employees are donating bone marrow or an organ. The new law is designed to ease worries some have about losing their jobs if they take time off for surgery. The law only applies to businesses with 50 or more employees.
