A 29 year old Horicon man is in police custody facing charges of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and possessing with intent to deliver marijuana.
"The arrest happened at 10:45 Wednesday night when the suspect traveled to Oshkosh to meet the girl to allegedly sell her marijuana and engage in sexual activity," the news release reads.
