UPDATE:
One man is arrested after he called 911 and said he “wanted to kill a cop.”

It began just after midnight on Wednesday in the parking lot of an apartment in the 200 block of W. Calumet Street in Fox Crossing.

The 33-year-old man stated he was in a car in the parking lot. Officers from Neenah, Menasha, and the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department blocked off the area and tried to locate which car he was in. He was located, and talks began in attempt to get the man to surrender.

Stop sticks were deployed on I-41 near Highway 441, and the man finally stopped on I-41 near the Highway 55 exit.

Negotiations were held with the man on the highway, and he was taken into custody around 1:50 a.m.
