Waupaca County Sheriff’s Deputies say one person is dead after a two-vehicle crash. The crash happened Wednesday, around 3:15 p.m. on County Road X and the off ramp of HWY 10 in Weyauwega.
Deputies say the driver of one of the vehicles, an 82-year-old woman from Weyauwega, pulled out into traffic from the off ramp and was hit on the driver’s side by another vehicle.
The 82-year-old was the only person inside and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle, a 55-year-old man from Clintonville, was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
