21-year-old Dakota Steinmetz of Brillion has died, and four others were injured after a crash on an icy highway in Woodville Friday afternoon.

The Calumet County Sheriff's office says it happened around 4:44 p.m. on US Highway 10 west of County Highway D.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash.

Deputies say a car driven by a 23-year-old Neenah woman, along with a 21-year-old male passenger, was driving east on Highway 10.

According to the Sheriff's Office, she lost control on the icy highway, crossed the centerline and crashed head on with a semi. The semi was driven by a 56-year-old Green Bay man.

The car then struck another vehicle, which was driven by a 43-year-old Menasha woman who had a 46-year-old Neenah man as a passenger.

Everyone involved in the crash was taken to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.

The 21-year-old Brillion man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The sheriff's department says roads were in very poor condition during the crash. They do not believe alcohol is a factor.

The crash is still under investigation.
