Police say at 11:57 AM Sunday, a vehicle driving southbound on I41 lost control and hit a car stopped on the right shoulder.
The male that was on the side of the road, died on scene. The man who hit the car, was a 29 year old Green Bay man.
Alcohol and speed may be contributing factors.
