The Waupaca County Sheriff's Office responded to a single vehicle rollover early this morning north of N4916 Tank Road.
Deputies determined the vehicle was traveling southbound when it lost control, went into a ditch and rolled over.
The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as 21-year-old Ethan B. Proctor. One passenger suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital in New London.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
