Police identify men involved in Green Bay shooting

UPDATE: Eighteen-year-old Bryant Ellis appeared in court Tuesday afternoon charged with first degree reckless homicide, operating a firearm with a controlled substance and possession of a firearm.
 
He is being held on a $150,000 bond.

UPDATE: Green Bay Police have identified the men involved in a shooting in Green Bay Monday morning. 
 
The victim is 20-year-old Andrew Tohulka of Green Bay. 
 
Green Bay police say that based on the investigation, 18-year-old Bryant T. Ellis has been arrested and charged with 1st degree reckless homicide.

UPDATE: Green Bay Police say a combination of drugs and alcohol are likely factors in a reckless shooting, where two men allegedly were playing with the gun, pointing it around the room.
 
Based on the ongoing investigation, an 18-year-old Green Bay resident has been arrested and a charge of first degree reckless homicide is being recommended, with the victim being a 20-year-old Green Bay resident.
 
Police anticipate releasing the names of those involved on Tuesday.

GREEN BAY, Wis— One man is dead after a reported shooting early Monday morning.
 
Officers responded to the 1800 block of Harold St. at 3:19 a.m. Officers found one man dead, and took a second man into custody. Detectives are investigating and processing the scene. Police don’t believe the public is in any danger.
