Department of Justice officials tell NBC26 that one person is dead after a deputy-involved shooting in Marathon County.
The Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigations is currently investigating.
A DOJ spokesman says that the deputy involved was not injured.
The shooting happened early Thursday morning.
