The Oconto County Medical Examiner reports one man is dead after a snowmobile crash in the Town of Mountain.
This happened on Sunday, February 5 around 1:30 a.m. near Lower Bagley Rapids Road.
According to a news release from the medical examiner, the man who died has been identified as Levi Thomas Cummings, 23, of Hilbert, WI.
Sheriff’s deputies say the man was the only person on the snowmobile and was taken to a hospital in Shawano County where he died a short time after arrival.
This death remains under investigation by the Department of Natural Resources, the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office and the Oconto County Medical Examiner’s Office.
