On Broadway Inc. launched a new campaign to encourage more people to live downtown. "Green Bay has been doing a great job of improving the stock in the district but a lot of that has been vertical and so we are looking at housing units that are more single family units," said Director Brian Johnson.
On Broadway Inc. has targeted 90 homes and connected their owners to grant opportunities to help upgrade their houses. Johnson says Green Bay's has many affordable homes in downtown and their hope is to show people the benefits of living downtown.
