Green Bay fire officials are stressing everyone to have extra exit plans in case of a fire.
This comes after crews were busy putting a garage fire out around 4:00 AM on Sunday.
They say it happened on Goodell St. in Green Bay. Officials say the fire spread to the home next door. This forced people inside to escape to the roof of their front porch.
Fire crews then had to get them down with a ladder. The Green Bay Metro Fire Department says one person living inside also escaped.
They are being helped by the Red Cross.
