UPDATE: TOWN OF ABRAMS -- Oconto County Sheriffs Deputies say they’re looking for the person responsible for car vs. pedestrian crash.
This happened in the Town Of Abrams around 2:00 p.m. Thursday on the off ramp of HWY 41-141 to County Highway D.
According to deputies, a man was hit after he got out the car on the ramp. He's still in the hospital.
The car that left the scene was a Volkswagen, possibly a Jetta. It was black and had Missouri plates. The driver was a man with short black hair.
