The National Weather Service confirms a tornado "briefly touched down in far eastern Waupaca County between Manawa and Bear Creek."
The winds reached near 85 mph, uprooting and damaging trees along it's path.
The NWS says the tornado happened between 2:30 AM and 2:35 AM Sunday morning.
Other hard hit areas from last night's storms include northeast Waupaca County across northern Outagamie County with winds up to 70 mph.
