The North fond du Lac Police Department is investigating a suspicious activity incident.
A middle school student told officers a man in a large white van asked the boy if he needed a ride home while waiting for his mother to pick him up from school. The boy declined a ride and started to run away.
The boy slipped and fell on the ice and the man asked the boy again if he wanted a ride. After the boy refused a ride again the van left the area heading east on McKinley Street.
Anyone who may have seen this van or witnessed the incident is asked to contact the North Fond du Lac Police department.
