MANITOWOC - No one was hurt in an early morning apartment fire near downtown Manitowoc.
Firefighters were called to the 800-block of South 8th street just after 3 a.m. Tuesday for reports of flames coming from an upper apartment.
One person was able to safely escape the apartment. No one was injured.
