Today around 3:45 PM, EAA spokesperson Dick Knapinski says a Bell 47 helicopter executed an emergency landing on the east/west runway at EAA.
There was a pilot and two passengers on board the helicopter when it landed. None of them were hurt.
Knapinski says the pilot determined there was a mechanical issue and needed to land. It is still unclear what the issue was.
