No criminal charges will be filed after a child was found dead in an un-licensed in-home daycare.
Sheboygan police have determined that the death of a one-year-old last month was accidental.
Officers say that the child suffocated after climbing out of a crib and getting wrapped-up in window blind cords.
Authorities are still investigating the in-home daycare where the child died.
They now claim that it broke the law because it didn't have a license.
