New security system at Denmark School District impacts library hours

DENMARK, Wis. - Students at the Denmark School District will deal with a new security system this year.

The system will scan ID's to run background check before people are allowed to enter the building.

That means the Brown County Library will not offer services during the school day.

The library will now be open four days a week Monday through Thursday after school hours to maintain service to the community.

Brown County Library Denmark Branch hours (Effective September 4, 2018):

  • Monday 3:30 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday 3:30 – 8:00 p.m.
  • Thursday 3:30 – 6:30 p.m.
