Wisconsin based CapTel Inc. has opened an office in Appleton. The company provides telephone captioning service similar to closed captioning on TV.
The new communications center will proved up to 150 new jobs in the Fox Valley. “CapTel employees provide a life-changing service for people with hearing loss,” explains CapTel Human Resources Manager Richard McNeeley. “It’s a unique and special environment to be a part of, knowing your work truly makes a difference in people’s lives.”
CapTel Caption Telephone Service has several centers nation wide including locations in Madison and Milwaukee.
