UPDATE, June 1, 2016:

After the arrest of Randolph Lill on May 23, two other Ashwaubenon cases have been cleared thanks to the help of local media.

A case was re-opened after the victim of a Sept. 28, 2015 case called in reporting that Lill was the one who exposed himself to her at a different Ashwaubenon restaurant.

One more case re-surfaced from July 2014 where a woman and her daughters came forward with information that Lill had exposed himself at yet a different Ashwaubenon restaurant.

The Brown County District Attorney’s office has added these charges to the criminal complaint of lewd and lascivious behavior as a repeater and another count of lewd and lascivious behavior.

Lill is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on June 9. He remains in the Brown County Jail.

Ashwaubenon Officials encourage anyone with information to contact their respective law enforcement agency.

A New London man has been arrested after police say he exposed himself Monday night to a child at Panera Bread, in Ashwaubenon.

60-year-old Randolph Lill is facing one felony count of exposing his genitals to a child, and one misdemeanor count of lewd and lascivious behavior. Both are repeat offenses for him.

According to the criminal complaint, both staff at Panera Bread and Ashwaubenon Public Safety were aware of Lill. They claim he had been in the restaurant several times in the past, and had exposed himself on several different occasions.

According to eyewitness testimony in the criminal complaint, around 6 Monday night, a young girl with her family says she noticed Lill sitting at the table behind her, "wearing frayed jean shorts," and "looking at her several times."

That's when the victim says she looked under Lill's table and saw his genitals, making her feel "very anxious and scared."

Lill reportedly left soon after in this black trailblazer with no license plates.

In the complaint, a statement given by the suspect has Lill admitting he came to Panera Bread "with the intent to expose myself," adding he was "not wearing underwear."

Lill goes on to say he has "a bad habit of exposing myself to women," and has probably done it "12 times in 20 years."

As for a motive, Lill says it's likely he just "needed to blow off some steam" after fighting with his girlfriend.

Police say they're searching for more victims.

Lill was also convicted for exposing his genitals to a child in Sauk County back in 2014, along with convictions on similar charges in six other counties.

Lill's next court appearance is on May 31st.
