Neighbor Works Green Bay will host its "Community Leadership Institute" tomorrow at Preble High School.
The event aims to inspire new leadership across Green Bay by giving attendees the tools they need to combat poverty and open access to affordable housing.
The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. tomorrow.
