UPDATE: 7:00 a.m:
FOX CROSSING - Fox Crossing officers have located the person that police say sent messages and are interviewing him as of 6 a.m. Thursday.
Officials were notified of a potential threat to the St. Mary School campus at 12:19 a.m. Thursday.
Police say a series of social media messages were sent to a student that led the student and officers to believe that there might be an incident at the school later in the day.
St. Mary Catholic School's personnel made the decision to cancel classes for the day out of precaution.
The investigation is ongoing, however at this time police say the schools and the area are no longer under a threat related to these messages.
