Red cross workers in Northeast Wisconsin are on standby right now, waiting for the call to help those affected by severe flooding in Texas.
Nearly a foot of rain has fallen on some parts of the Houston area today causing dangerous conditions.
Volunteers from across the country are beginning to arrive in the area to help those affected by the storm.
