APPLETON - Mile of Music Mile 4 organizers are looking for volunteers.
This year's festival will take place August 4-7th along a one mile stretch of College Avenue in Downtown Appleton.
Festival planners expect around 200 artists and bands to play 800 live music sets in 70 venues. They're looking to recruit more than 300 volunteers to help with a variety of duties.
Volunteers will work shifts that are about four hours long. Assignments could include preparation as well as serving as stage hands for performers, selling festival merchandise and staffing the headquarters and the artist lounge.
