The music was in full swing Wednesday as Navy Week continued.
The Navy Band Great Lakes wind ensemble performed a joint concert with the Green Bay City Band at Saint James Park.
Mayor Jim Schmitt also presented the USS Green Bay sailors with a proclamation declaring it Navy Week in Green Bay.
